Dress

Hi Darling,

Okay, I have been having WAY too much fun this March. So don’t worry, I’m not feeling blue, just feeling this blue dress! I think I am meant to live in warm weather (sorry, Pittsburgh!). My first time to Dallas was so much fun. We went to the famous Gilley’s for such a fun event and the food and live country music were both amazing. With all of this traveling lately, I thought it would be fun to include the top 5 things I travel with:

1. Travel Steamer

So this is actually my sister’s but it is a MUST have for being on the go. This travel steamer easily fits in a suitcase and is a lifesaver! It really came in handy with 3 girls in one hotel room all trying to get ready.

2. Polaroid Camera

I have mentioned my camera in so many blog posts, but it is true, I always have it with me! It is my favorite thing to stick in my backpack to commemorate my trips and travels.

3. Slip on shoes

This whole month I have been wearing these shoes through the airport! These are so cute and trendy, but also a piece of cake to slide on and off when going through security

4. Makeup removing wipes

I absolutely swear by these Neutrogena makeup removing wipes for being on-the-go. I never go on a trip without them!

5. Backpack Cooler

I just bought this backpack cooler and I canNOT wait to use it! The “cool”est thing about it? It floats! So much fun for camping and boating. I will definitely report back on how it works.

Happy Monday, Darling!

Who else had problems waking up this morning after the time change yesterday? Okay, maybe just me because Mondays are the worst!

Miami is truly my favorite place to be. There is so much to do whether you want to hang by the beach, shop, ride bikes, or eat amazing food. I am doing all of the above! Especially the eating part…

How CUTE is this Kate Spade crossbody purse?! Truly so in love with it. It is perfect for Miami or any beach vacation and I cannot even tell you how many compliments I have gotten on it.  And the back of this dress with the bow?! Adorable. So, In the pictures above I am wear the dress with a pair of wedges, but for a casual dinner I paired it with a pair of sneakers and a denim jacket so it is definitely versatile.

Happy Flawless Friday, Darling!

March is Finally here! Which means that Spring is almost here 🙂

It is Read Across America Day! This was always my favorite day in elementary school because I love Dr. Suess so much. I don’t know about you, but I love to read. Unfortunately, I rarely have time to do so! I like to read books when I know that a movie about it is going to be released. I like to picture the actors and actresses as the characters in the book. Is that cheating? On my list, I intentionally read three of the four books to watch their movies, but have yet to watch them! So, in lieu of Read Across America Day, here are the past four books that I have read:

Scrappy Little Nobody – This is Anna Kendrick’s memoir and it is such a funny read! If you are a fan of Anna Kendrick, I definitely recommend it.

The Circle – If you like Netflix’s Black Mirror, you will definitely like this book. The Circle is now also a movie with Tom Hanks and Emma Watson.

Girl on the Train – Okay, I think that every one has read this one. This book wasn’t my favorite but I did enjoy the different point of views!

Gone Girl – I think everyone has read this one, too! If you like a creepy mystery, this one is for you.

Lean In – This book is next on my list! Lean In was inspired by Sheryl Sandberg’s TED talk about women in leadership.

Okay, I think I am going to watch the movies this weekend!
